Sky HD - picture but no sound

Picture is ok on both live and recorded but no sould. Settings checked - Dolby is off. Cables checked - no obvious fault. TV speakers working OK.

Is this a new fault? Has,it been OK,before? Anything changed?

Try turning both the SKY Box & TV off & unplug or switch off at mains both before restarting.

We often find that such a power down restart restores sound for some customers

Thank you. Tried that and reset Sky box. Tried new HDMI cable and different HDMI port on the TV. No joy. Fear the problem is the Sky box.
