Sky+HD on orange and tries to connect every few seconds

Tried backup, but reverts to orange and keeps trying to connect every few seconds but reverts to orange every time.

Pull the power plug out for at least 5 minutes and see if that changes things, make sure the power cable is firmly pushed in
