Sky + HD box satellite not working but is on other box

My sky+HD box is having a signal issue I've put the box into single feed mode as I only have one cable to use the satellite with I also know this works as I've been using this satellite on a SAB box yesterday and it is the same satellite that sky installed I have a few things I think might be causing this 1. The box hasn't been plugged in for years (but it does stil play channel 999 and pulls the tv listings) and there's no viewing card because I lost it

No signal? Or no satellite signal?

Is your single dish cable plugged into Dish Input 1?

No satellite signal  as I said in the first post it does work as I tested it on channel 999 but BBC two and three HD and 4music just say "no satellite signal"

Did these channels specifically work on your other box?

BBC one did work but it was set to a different region then on this so I could try to tune into the region that worked on the other box and see
