Sky+ HD box connected to communal dish.

I had to disconnect my sky box from the satellite feed when I had carpet replaced. Plugged it all back in the same and input 2 now doesn't receive a signal and the Lock Indicator says Not Locked. I now can't record 3 things at once.

Any suggestions please???

Check the centre pin/wire is not bent or the fine shield wires are not touching the centre pin/wire

Thanks for replying. I was super careful when I replaced the cables and even bought a new one in case that helped. Sadly not 🙄

You'll need to contact the people who maintain your dish (landlord/buildings management)
