I am paying for sports and movie channels but I am not able to veiw them

It asks me to upgrade subscription but I'm already paying for them

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

 

Don't let them talk you into upgrading to Sky Q as you do not have to unless you want to.
