My Sky+HD box isn't getting a satellite signal since 6pm yesterday evening. Message appeared after heavy rainfall. I've followed all instructions to try rectify the issue e.g. restart, plugged the box out at the mains, checked all cables etc & still no joy! I live in an apt whereby there is a communal satellite on the roof. I've no idea what to do next as I've exhausted all online avenues that Sky say to follow when this happens. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks John

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Have you checked with your neighbours to see if they are experiencing the same?
Have you reported this to your landlord / building management company?

Checking with your neighbours is useful, as it indicates whether or not the problem is with your connection to the communal setup or (more likely given the circumstances) the communal setup as a whole.
