Sky HD BOX bought on ebay - No Subscription work for Free Channels

Hi All ,

 

I live in a block of apparments where we have comman dish. I bought SKY HD box on ebay , can i use this to watch free view channels without subscription ? 

 

I have connected this to socket it gives error saying now signal  ?how to watch free view channels .

What channels specifically have you been trying? 

 

If you are getting no signal on the freeview channels then the issue could be your connection to the communcal satellite dish you have in the block of flats, or alternativelty as you have purchased the box from ebay, depending on who sold it to you it possible its a dodgy broken box.

if im reading correctly, you have plugged the socket into power. The box also needs to be connected to the dish, this is why you have no signal as the previous post mentions.
