There are many manufacturers (TP-Link, ASUS, NETGEAR, Ubiquiti, etc...) of networking kit that do Wi-Fi Access Points, I've not used one for some years but look on amazon, I would look for one with a built-in 2 to 4 port hub as you can then attach other devices that don't have built-in wi-fi

@Mark39 go to the top of the class 🙌🏻 It's a black button hidden at the bottom of the right side of the router. Stupid place to put it and why make it the same colour? Not much help to those of us who have sight problems! Anyway, thanks for your help. I did the old unplug it all option, which worked this time.

I had the same problem .. I pressed the reset button on the back of my WiFi Hub ( small black button) all is working again.

Absolutely. My box won't connect all of a sudden. After phoning support I've been told I have to have a sky q box, but don't worry, as you're a VIP customer it'll only cost you £29 not £99 and we can send an engineer in just 2 weeks! I am not at all happy!

Hello weve had no tv all day from sky q, weve followed every step on my sky, and other things, weve internet connection because we have it on laptops and phones but the sky q boxes just wont connect, I checked for issues in my area on my sky, and nothing , I've now booked an engineer for the morning, because weve tried umpteen times and nothing, 2 hours later , I now hear otherexin area are having issues with sky q tv but I can't cancel engineer because itll cost £25 , bit I don't understand if weve internet why are the tvs not connecting???

But, you say that your Sky Q isn't working at all? If that's the case then it's got nothing to do with your internet as live TV is delivered via satellite through the leads from your dish.

No not exactly forced but as the sky+ box I have is discontinued and out of warranty it was either pay a ridiculous call out charge, leave or buy the updated q box.

I don't understand it either. Our internet went down, rebooted it and although the internet was fine immediately the sky+ box wouldn't connect.
Its all a con so you don't have much option other than stump up for the q box or leave!

why did they have to upgrade to super fast internet everything was working ok on the q box on the old hub now on new hub nothing seems to work .why didnt they leave it as it was everything was working ok . now terrible /rubbish

You might want to post either in the Broadband forum or the Sky Q forum, as this one is solely for,Sky+.

I have same issue. Sky+hd box just says fail and no wps button to press. Will not connect to broadband
