Sky App / Website not allowing me to activate viewing card

When I turn on my SkyHD Box as  (non Sky +) I get the message 'This is the wrong Sky viewing card for this SkyHD box'. I have never had this issue before with this box or card, but haven't used this TV in a few months. When I follow the instructions to activate or reactivate the viewing card on the website, the link loops me back to the beginning of the tutorial. When I follow the instructions on the app, when I click activate viewing card the only option then is to edit PIN. Thanks

Give Sky a call and they can pair the card
