Shy box only intermittently connects to Internet

Well, I am in England. Tv comes on. Starts connecting to sky sports. But then picture cuts in and out. Then goes off and message appears saying no connection to Internet. We have Internet on other devices. We get Internet through starlink satellite.

@Extravaganzoid  Which box do you have as Sky+ & Sky Q don't need the internet to watch live channels, only Sky Glass & Sky stream are reliant solely on a broadband connection.

Well we have the same sky for at least 6 years so I think we have just sky.we have 14 meg of Internet speed on other devices.

6 years would suggest probably Sky Q. Sky Q doesn't use your Internet connection for TV broadcast live.

14Mbps to other devices doesn't necessarily equate to 14Mbps at your Sky Q box.

I can't see how it's a broadband issue, in that case.

Sky+ boxes receive live broadcasts via your satellite dish.

There are no streaming apps which would be dependent on your broadband connection.

On Demand uses broadband, but isn't broadband speed dependent - it just takes longer to download On Demand programmes if your speed is slow.

Do you Sky HD or Sky+ HD?

If it is Sky+ HD were you accessing on-demand Sky Sports?

Perhaps you internet connection was varying in speed or even dropped out🤔
