Should I get a new viewing card for my old digi box ? Would it give me more channels ?

No. The channels you can watch are determined by the viewing package you subscribe to, not the Viewing Card.

Sky won't issue a card for an antique box anyway, or sell a subscription for use on one.

Thanks guys. As it works sometimes of some channels and its not part our main Sky Q system, I will keep it as it is for now, 'cos its free !
