Send box back got letter saying got it and receipt if send any more letter we will take action

We keep getting letters saying they haven't received our Sky box we sent it and got a receipt from the Post Office and The Letter saying you've received it stop sending threatening letters or we will take it further

Have you spoken to Sky about it? That would be the obvious thing to do.

You've posted on the Sky+ board. Sky+ equipment doesn't need returning so what did you return?
