I'm afraid it sounds as though your Sky box is on its last legs. You could try a Planner Rebuild, and a Full System Reset (which will erase your recordings) to see if it temporarily restores normal working. But ultimately you'll need either to replace the box with a used one from the likes of ebay, or upgrade to Sky Q.
