Hi I sent my sky equipment back around 2 months ago they have now text me saying they haven't received unfortunately after a move the receipt has been lost. I can't get through to anyone,I've been in the post office and they can't help..what to do now??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou have posted in the Sky+ board. Sky+ equipment isn't loaned to you so what are Sky saying you haven't returned. Bear in mind without proof of posting any removal of non return fees is at Skys discretion.

Yes I've posted the equipment unfortunately I have lost the receipt,I have read lots of people have had the same issue with sky thank you for the reply
