Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me? Our sky-box is not working for any satellite television despite the satellite signal being 100%. The TV works when not run through the skybox, but we cannot load anything with the skybox on.

Was your Sky box previously receiving a signal OK? Has anything changed with the dish? Have you tried turning your Sky box off at the plug for 4 minutes?

Thank you for the reply, sorry for the missing information. The dish was damaged during the bad weather last Friday, afterwhich the Sky+ box stopped working. The menu's could be used, but anything requiring satellite or Wi-Fi wasn't functioning. The next day the problem with Wi-Fi related services fixed itself, and we had someone come out to repair the dish (replacement reciever). He tested the signal and it was showing 100%, and normal TV works when not run through the skybox, but attempting it through Sky still shows the "no satellite signal" error message. I have also done a factory reset without any luck.

Apologies, meant to mention I've also tried the recommendations on other "no satellite signal" threads, such as leaving it unplugged, to no avail.

I'm wondering if they aligned it correctly after the repair - it might be pointing at the wrong satellite(s) which might account for the good signal strength but no Sky reception.
