Wonder if anyone can help. About a month ago I negotiated a new tariff with Sky purely to reduce costs but since then have experienced issues with accessing facilities. This is the third time Sky+ is not working properly i.e. I can't pause, I have no cinema, I am not able to pause or record, have no sports channels etc. I speak to Sky who raise a customer resolution form and over next few days it seems to resolve itself. Has happened again today but don't want this to become a regular thing and don't understand why it has only been since I renegotiated my tariff. Any help would be much appreicated.

Make sure your Sky viewing card is correctly inserted into the box.
Press Services on your Sky remote
Press 0, 0, 1, Select (setup should now be highlighted)
Scroll across to New Install
Press Select twice
