Return of equipment

I am out of contract and need to rerun the equipment. I have received a returns label today but have not decided a box. Please advise when this will be coming.

@Clare127 I'm afraid we're other customers here and Sky won't know who you are from a forum post. If you have something suitable you can use your own packaging, otherwise you'll need to call. Sky's packaging is,usually sent towards the end of your 31 days notice period.

Thank you. 

Rather unhelpfully the text I revived from Sky when I selected that my query was regarding the return of equipment, contained a link to this forum! 

I realised after I'd posted that it wasn't actually going to be seen by Sky. I've now sorted.
