Card and skybox working away for years with no issue. Yesterday message appearred saying to pair card with box and press select. Did so and following CP04 message appeared "Request was successful. Your channels will be available shortly" 18 hours later missing sports, movies plus 102, 103 and 105 still not restored. Also Live pause not working. Have rebooted as per instructions on Sky website - no change. Any suggestions ?? Thank you DaveinDublin

Annie, My receiver is a Sky+HD and was installed by Sky Ireland installer about 10 years ago. When I press Services on remote 8 dialogue boxes appear. There is no change on pressing 0 or 4 as per your suggestion. Should I go to one of the 8 boxes first ? They are Radio, Accessibility, Options, Settings, Parental, Help, Get sky products and My account. Thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DaveinDublin don't wait for the screen to change - the selection you want doesn't appear in the 8 options. Just key the whole sequence in one go, without pausing between key presses. You may find it easier not to look at the screen at all.

Annie / Mark39, Thank for exact instruction which worked. Unfortunately, all that has changed is message on affected channels. Message now reads CP02 " Your viewing card needs to be paired to your Sky+HD box. To pair them go to sky.com/quickfix."
Any advice ? Thank you

Mark39, Thanks for your help. Any number or email address you'd suggest to contact ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou should be able to find the number to call, via the 'need more help' link towards the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home
Be sure to first change the flag in the bottom right hand corner of the page, if appropriate. You should see an 0818 number for Ireland or an 03 number for the UK.
There's no contact email address, I'm afraid.
