Red button not working on sky golf

After pressing red button shows "please wait" then returns immediately to sky sports golf

I have just tried this and it stuck on the Please wait screen ?

Same here , they keep saying its the northern trust on the red button .......why its not on....... concidering what we pay there should be something to explian why NOT !!!!!

Same here.this has not been working correctly for a couple of weeks. We turned the sky box off a couple of times and still the same result. Now what ???

@Rosinataylor12 Working fine here. But Red Button on Sky Sports Golf is only showing the same as on Sky Sports Mix anyway, so just watch that.

Thanks for your response. And you are right on this occasion. However my red button has not  even working for over three weeks and the question was ...who do I report this to.?
