Recording of live sport unavailable

I have recorded sky sports live golf on sky+HD bix. It shows inmy recordings but when i go to watch it i get message saying i need to call the broadcaster to upgrade subscription. I have the full sports package. I can watch all other recordings without any problem. Any ideas?
