Recorded programmes that when i turn on are half way through so i have to keep rewinding why

Recorded programmes are half way through when I tune in to watch so I have to keep rewinding them .they are from different channels so not sure what's happening .please help

I would try a planner rebuild:


Press Services on your remote

Select Help

Select Sky+ Rebuild


This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something.
