In what way is your Sky+ box not working, what onscreen message are you seeing or what is happening ?

@KEN90aunt.13 from your thread title there's a problem with the signal from your satellite dish.  The box won't initialise without a signal. Check that the dish cables are still securely connected at the back of the box. If they look OK, it's best to call Sky to book an engineer.
