Afternoon
I am also having a problem with catch up - I have Sky + . It's telling me my box isn't connected although I have internet on laptop and it's checked the wifi connection and that's ok apparently. Have rebooted the router but no joy. Not done the box as am recording stuff at present. However I have multiroom so checked the box upstairs and the signal up there is working but when I try catch-up it gives me the "no sky+ entitlement" message ?? What does that even mean ??!! I pay enough for multiroom as it is and I understood it worked the same as the main sky box. Are Sky doing something somewhere which as usual messes systems up for some users ?? Wouldn't surprise me !!

Is your multiscreen box Sky+HD or just SkyHD?

Both boxes say Sky+ HD on the front.

No I can't -tried it and it said "playback and recording not available" ! Rebooted the box but same message. Downstairs box is recording as I speak. The system has gone haywire !!! I will try reloading downstairs box later but not sure what is going on. I don't use the multiroom box as often as I used to but would like it to work when I need it to !

Thank you for the advice but it shouldn't be necessary for me to contact Sky should it ?? And add it to my viewing card ? That's what I'm paying for anyway !!! And I still have the problem of the lack of catch up on my main box ?? The fact that other people are suddenly having similar issues seems a bit suspicious to me.

You need to phone them or nothing will happen!
Without Sky+ features you will not be able to test On Demand on your Multiscreen box, which will narrow down where your OD issue is
