Problems with sound on Sky channels.Most apps are ok but not sky channels

I am new to sky+.I have set everything up as directed but have problems with no sound on Sky Channels.The adverts are ok with full sound.Most apps are okay is regular TV.I have followed all the instructions for resetting from the chat bot but still no sound.Any ideas?

Are you sure you have Sky+? Check your Sound settings. The Digital Audio Output over HDMI setting should be  Normal, not DolbyD.
