@HannahEJR  How many viewing card's do you currently have

I have paired reciever with the sky viewing card and still not activating it. It sems only sky can activate it.

The only time pairing yourself does not work is when you replace a non-Sky+ box for a Sky+ as Sky need to add the + features to the card, other than that it should work

 

What happens if you tune to Sky One?

Do you have a Sky+ subscription? Did the Viewing Card come from Sky? Is the Sky box a replacement for an existing box?

What is sky one. Anyway it was paired before so don't know why deactivated. I paired it and nothing now
