Pause/rewind etc

Everyday for the last few days, all Channel 4 channels are unable to pause/rewind etc for a couple of hours during the afternoon. More 4 for example states teleshopping on the planner even though you are watching something else & will not update. Tried to rebuild & restart several times to no avail. Any ideas?
