@Annie+UK just to let you know the link to activate the channels just goes in a loop @Gmb1 I have found this site 

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/tv/card-pairing not sure if that actually works but it goes through the process and says at the end it has maybe someone could verify it actually works

@Annie+UK the "Additional help with your viewing card" link when you try it do you get as far as the page that asks you for your box information?

I now see the link you are referring to: https://activatemychannels.sky.com/activate

I have reported the broken link to Sky, they should be able to fix this
