Our sky dish is very old and in a state of decay. We are reviewing no signal error. I want to switch

We would like to switch to sky stream as our dish is very old and don't want to replace it How can I I go about this. I am paying monthly as out of contract. We have a no signal error at have tried everything posted on here. Would like asap

Do you have good broadband speed (minimum 25Mbps, higher for UHD) and do be sure to research Sky Stream so that you jnow what you're buying - for one, it has no recording function and relies on On Demand/Catch Up. Not all channels on Sky+HD are available with Sky Stream too.

@rogdog  A No signal error is something different, do you mean a No Satellite signal error?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Perhaps also worth noting that Sky will not remove an old dish and associated cabling where a Sky+ / Sky Q  subscription ceases.
