Sky box is not picking up our wifi

I'll assume it has connected before and there have been no revent changes to your broadband or,Sky box setup.

 

Turn off both your Sky box and your broadband router at the plug. Wait 30 seconds,before turning your router back on and another 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box. Then see if they connect.

Our Sky + Box is doing the same thing and has done for 10 days.  It happened previously and it was an issue at Sky that they resolved but seems to have reoccurred,  was hoping it would fix itself but does not look likely right now
