Sky Sports suddenly stopped working on my third TV. The error message says I need to upgrade my subscription. I looked at my bill for August and there is an entry saying 'credit for cancelled multiscreen' and £8.93 has been knocked off. I did not ask for this though (I haven't changed anything on my account for six months) . The Sky interface works on that third TV but there is no access to Sky Sports channels (I can get Sky Sports on my other two TVs).
Please help!

Hi everyone - thanks for replying. So, after two hours spent with useless advisors on chat, I picked up the phone, got through in 5 minutes (as advised by Caesarome) and the person sorted the problem instantly. She sent some sort of message to the box/dish and that was that (we are Sky Plus not Sky Q).
It looks like the refund of the multiscreen was a red herring/ coincidence - the third multiscreen had apparently failed for two weeks in the middle of August and they very kindly refunded us for it (as it was the same time as the Olympics we obviously didn't notice the lack of Sky Sports).
So all is sorted.
Thanks again
