Change Internet provider October everything else connected. Tried to connect on demand Cs 201 keeps coming up as fail. Disconnected sky box on demand & router, no joy. On network cancelled router reconnect several time. Press WPS on router & on demand box several times, no joy.
While looking at other services found out Help, Get sky products & my Account all come up with , This service is currently unavailable. Please check your sky viewing card is inserted and try again later.
Rang sky need to replace my sky box, I did point out that my on demand is separate to my sky box. Am I being slowly cut off so I have to change to sky Q?
I ideas please.
