Hi all,

 

I have spoken to the support teams and the issue from our end has been resolved. If this issue is re-occurring it would appear another factor is causing this. 

 

As others have suggested on this thread it may be worthwhile checking your individual broadband provider's speed and capability. Thread now locked as the issue has been resolved from our end.
