Hello,
We have the same issue as many other customers have reported on this thread. Thought we were going to upgrade to Sky Q a few months ago, an engineer attended and it was decided it wasn't going to work so we stuck with Sky+ box. Today have a message saying 'viewing card not authorized'. Would appreciate someone being able to re-pair the card we have to allow us to continue watching Sky channels.
Have tried doing so ourselves with the various suggestions on this thread but no luck.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

I have sky plus and it says this viewing card is not authorised.
I can't watch any Sky channels now.
I ordered Sky Q last year but the engineer could not complete the work and a new viewing card never arrived.
please help.
