I have an error message which says This viewing card is not authorised. If you have received a new viewing card please insert it now. For more information go to skyviewinghelp.com
We cancelled our order for Sky Q some months ago and have just started receving the above message a few days ago. We have tried re-booting but still receive the same message. Do we need a new card? If so please send one straight away.

This reply was not helpful as we cancelled our subscription for Sky Q. Please tell me what we need to do to get our current viewing card authorised

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nicks+PC yes, as explained here previously, if you received a Card for Sky Q, you can use it, otherwise you'll need to give Sky a call and request one.

Note: Make sure you have the correct country flag selected in the bottom-right of the page

No new viewing card received for sky+box. Engineer came to install sky Q and couldn't now sky saying viewing card needs to be paired with box but card and card number on the account are difference.need new cards sent out

You'll need to contact sky and get them to send a new card if you did not get one for the Sky Q upgrade

Got this message now. Didn't order sky plus or anything else, was working fine yesterday. Can't get through to sky as its after hours. Shocking service. No TV to watch on a Saturday night

i am receiving this message - moved to a Sky Q contract some time ago but kept the Sky plus box. I didn't ever get a new sky Q card and thought no more about it really...... have been trying to call and use your WhatsApp service all week but can't get any results..... how do I get to speak to someone to just order a new card?

The main telly is working but the second one isnt
think i signed up for ski Q during the summer but the engineer didnt come for some reason

It might have been cancelled so what I have done is to escalate your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
