@Kenny-J We spoke earlier today and you have arranged for a new viewing card to be sent to me for my sky+ box. Unfortunately I have just discovered I am now receiving the same error message on my 2nd sky box I have in another room! This viewing card is new (only a few months old) and is for a basic sky box! Hope you can help with this new issue.

Hi. In response to your post I can confirm I have never ordered sky Q (although did get a quote) and that my sky viewing card number no longer matches that on my account. If you could DM me details of how to get a new card sent out (or number changed on my account) It would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm getting a message telling me that my viewing card is not authorised, when I try to authorise it the number on my account is different from the one on the card. I assume it has been updated and I should have received a new card but have not had one
How can I order one without having to stay on phone for up to two hours?

hi
i have had the same viewing card for years and now it isnt letting me see premium channels, saying it need activating and pairing
the card in the box is completley different to the card number thattated when i try to pair up
an y advice please

Hi, we recently received a new Sky Viewing Card which has been working fine until this morning. Now a message is flashing up satinf the viewing card is not authorised. We have gone through the online procedures a few rimes without success. We have noticed on the .System Details page that the Viewing Card Number has reverted back to our old viewing card which we do not have. There is option to update this on the TV so how can we resolve this? Thanks.

The card number cannot revert to the old card number without the card physically being put in the box.
If you can see the card sticking out the box then you have one of our older boxes and the actual viewing card slot is below behind a door. Remove the old card and replace with your new one.

Thanks Kenny. The card does stick out a bit so it is an older box but we have had the new card since February which is inserted into our Sky+ HD Box and it has been working fine until this morning. Please advise. Thanks.
