I have the new card, and have inserted it, but I cant register it because I have a sky+ box and all the links take me to a page that only works if you have a skyq box. Further, the ehternet port appears to be broken in it so I cant connect to the internet which wont let me do the services - 0 - 0 - 1 - select - select thing. (it bombs out halfway through because of no internet access). Any chance you could let me know what I need to do?

Posted by a Sky employee@PFysh As long as your box is connected to the internet, just goto a channel like Sky 1HD and follow the on screen pairing.
Or press Services 001 select, this will take you to the hidden menu, then choose the tab New Install and follow the instructions will also pair the card.

@Kenny-J I would hope that you're prioritising the users that have taken the time to reachout to you on this forum, when looking to send out new cards.
Some of your customers, like myself, have been without Sky services for weeks. Whilst i understand the operational problems that Covid-19 has put on your organiation, the current lack of support feels like plain laziness to a lot of us.
It doesn't take long to remove frustration from this conversation but what i does need, is action and commitment from Sky. Neither of which I see.

Same here, well I have a dish that they put up a few years a go, but now they can't get to that area to replace it?!
