No sound on Sky TV or previous recordings but radio is fine…what’s going on?

No sound in Sky TV tonight 30/7/24, nor on previous recordings, but radio is fine...what's going on?

Try restarting your Sky box, by switching off at the plug for 4 minutes

How old is your box?

 

Is it a Sky+ SD or Sky+ HD box?
