No sky signal to tv

Our tv is not receiving a signal from our sky box

We was watching tv with the sky box and it just stopped working the green light is on the front but on our tv it says no signal

Try rebooting your Sky box at the mains. Leave it off for 5 minutes before turning it back on again.
