Suddenly stopped working we can't find Internet connection yet it is connected and my phones tablets etc work fine off router. Plusnet checked everything fine. Sky said they'll replace my old sky HD plus as prob faulty which was annoying as now lost all my planner. Sky engineer guy gave me a 2tb later sky plus box connected it seemed OK, he went then same issues you just can't access these things. If you do the up n down menus stop or take ages but the normal menus and channels are fine. Ready to give up especially after lost all my old planner. Must be something simple yet nothings been touched or moved
