No signal

I have no signal on my TV .I have tried everything to sort it.i need an engineer to come out to check it please .

@Allensby  No Signal or No Satellite signal?   These 2 are different errors. 

 

No signal is likely to be your TV itself and you may need to cycle through the inputs.

 

No Satellite Signal will be to do your Sky box.  You should try unpligging for 30 seconds.

 

Check the connections of the satellite cable are secure.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hopefully you've gathered from @GD1 post that you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services on here. This is primarily a forum for customers to help other customers, so Sky won’t contact you as the result of your post on here.

If the advice provided doesn't fix it you'll need to call Sky. If you already have a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile ring Sky for free by just dialling 150. Otherwise you can use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the same link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The Community filters don’t allow us to type the digits in full).

Waiting times on the phone lines are apparently less just after 7am or about 9pm so you could try then (times vary in the ROI). Stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to.
