Also make sure the input selected on the TV is the correct one

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHow long did you turn your Sky box off for? It needs to be at least 4 minutes. And turn your TV off atthe plug for a minute too.
Other than that and given what you've tried, there's a fault either with your Sky box or your TV.

TVs are fine , I need someone to come out & fix the issue , it has been off for 3 weeks! Tried everything possible........

Unless you already have Sky Protect Insurance then Sky will not send anyone out as they don't support \Sky+ any more
You can empliy a 3rd party to support you but not Sky

If you've done all the checks suggested, it looks,like your Sky box has failed, and you'll need to replace it. You can buy a used replacement from the likes of ebay. Expect to pay around £30 for a DRX890 or DRX895 model.
