No signal on sky +

Tried everything ! Turned everything off & that still hasn't helped

No signal? Or no satellite signal? The former is a problem with the connection between your Sky box and your TV. The latter is a problem with the signal from your satellite dish (or communal dish).

Sounds like an issue with the link between the Sky box and TV, try a new HDMI cable

 

Also make sure the input selected on the TV is the correct one

How long did you turn your Sky box off for? It needs to be at least 4 minutes. And turn your TV off atthe plug for a minute too.

 

Other than that and given what you've tried, there's a fault either with your Sky box or your TV.

Can you plug something else into the TV socket the Sky box is attached to? this will say whether it is the Sky box or the TV

TVs are fine , I need someone to come out & fix the issue , it has been off for 3 weeks! Tried everything possible........

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q (all issues will be fixed during a Sky Q install), Sky Glass and Sky Stream


Unless you already have Sky Protect Insurance then Sky will not send anyone out as they don't support \Sky+ any more

 

You can empliy a 3rd party to support you but not Sky

As @Annie+UK posted, Sky,won't send an engineer (unless you have Sky Protect). If you've done all the checks suggested, it looks,like your Sky box has failed, and you'll need to replace it. You can buy a used replacement from the likes of ebay. Expect to pay around £30 for a DRX890 or DRX895 model.
