SKY box downstairs working fine, upstairs box has no signal?
Message is box is initializing but does not resolve.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have tried another sky box. Will check the cable later.
what is the LNB? And is that fixable?

If you see nothing obviously wrong with the cable you'll need to call someone out, who will check eveything out
