No signal at the merest hint of precipitation
Hello,
I cannot use Sky at all if the weather is even slightly rainy or windy. Considering the fact that I live in the UK, this is a problem.
I tried logging into Sky Go as a backup but my package does not allow this. Engineers have told me that the problem is with the dish and cannot be resolved by Sky. Therefore I would like a free upgrade to include Sky Go so that I can at least access the features that I am already paying for, which are often unavailable to me and meam I am paying for nothing.
Thank you

Contact Sky and upgrade to one of their newer system: Sky Q, Sky Stream, Sky Glass

Re: No signal at the merest hint of precipitation
What's the issue with the dish? Is it inaccessible to Sky engineers? If so, they won't allow you to upgrade to Sky Q, but you could get a local engineer to sort it out for you, and continue with Sky+ for as long as it remains available.
Alternatively, if you have sufficiently fast broadband, you could try Sky Steam, which doesn't rely on your dish,.

@User_283 What is your package as all current packages should include Sky Go.
