No service on tv and it’s very difficult as I have elderly person who needs it

I've had my sky set up but the service (internet has dropped off , and on wknds I get none at all , 

my elder mother lives with me and I depend on internet with her dementia as I have no live tv in the kitchen . Please can someone come and look again 🙈

Can you confirm what Sky YV service you have, so is it Sky +, Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream ?

You need to answer any questions we ask so we can try to help you. You've posted on the Sky+ board. Sky+ is an old package no longer supported by Sky which is why we've asked you to confirm what you have.
