No satellite signal

I have no satélite signal and wifi keeps dropping out.

The Sky+ issue may be connected to your broadband issue that I escalated to Sky yesterday.

With regard to the satellite signal issue, does this happen on all channels? Have you tried restarting your Sky box, by switching it off at the plug for 4 minutes?  What do your signal strengths look like (Services > Settings > Signal)? The white part of all 4 bars should be at least half way across.
