You mean no lights on the front panel? Have you done the obvious checks?

Yes. All usual checks done.

The box has most likely failed, in that case. You'll either need to obtain a replacement yourself, or upgrade to Sky Q. You can find used Sky+ boxes on ebay for around £30. Look for a DRX890 or DRX895 model as they're the most recent.
