Just thought it should be known that Sky no longer allow pairing of your existing viewing card to a replacement Sky+HD box if yours goes faulty. This facility was removed on Oct 29th. If your box goes faulty your only option now is to either try to get it repaired which means you will have no service until it comes back or upgrade to Sky q, which also means you will be without service until the upgrade us done. This is hardly good customer service from Sky as no doubt they will not refund you for any gap in service. Come on Sky restore card pairing for Sky+HD customers.
