No glass and no Q

We live in an Anchor property and have a full Sky Sports subscription, however we don't have Sky Q or Glass (something to do with a shared aerial).  How can we get Sky Sports plus on the TV. Thank you

You can view Sky Sports+ on channel 412. Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the new Sky Sports+ Channel, but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

Even though the SKY box doesn't support the new Sky Sports app that is showing the alternative games you can use the app on a mobile device such as iphone/ipad or Android mobile or tablet (but unfortunately not on a desktop)

@Gillyb  Sky Glass or Pucks don't require connection to a sat dish😉

Do you have BroadBand and is it reasonably fast?
