No channels on Sky+ HD box 1

Have realigned  my Dish and getting a good signal on both boxes, but the problem now is, all though I am getting a good signal the lounge tv is not getting any chanels, upstairs one is fine, pic attached of the lounge tv screen.

From your image Input 2 is dead

In the top right of your image it says no satellite signal.

As per @Annie+UK 's FAQ it is quite likely to be an issue with the Cable, althouhg there is a very slight possibilityit is a problem with the specific output from the LNB or with the box itself

You have probably ruled out alignment issues as you have a good signal on other inputs

Thus thoroughly check the cable to make sure there are no breks or that any of the thin strands of of copper shielding are touching the central solid core cable

Without the full setup information we can only give help using the information provided which will be useless if important details are withheld 😞

Is your box set to single feed mode, if you only have one dish cable connected?

If you mean you have only one cable from the dish, you need to turn on Single Feed Mode in your Sky box's Installer Menu.

Key Services,0,0,1,Select on your remote to access the hidden Installer Menu.

The fact that you see 4 bars in your Signal display suggests it's not turned on. When it's turned on you should only see 2.
