No catch no recordings sky hd box

Hi I'm have no catchup or recordings I'm sky HD bo x is not co nected to the Internet I've tried but  o luck

What happens when you try to record a programme from the TV Guide? Does the recording show as Failed in your Planner? If so, highlight the failed recording and press i on your remote. Tell us what failure reason is given on screen.
